Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
If an order is returned to us by courier due to reasons such as being unclaimed, refused, or having an incorrect address, we will refund the cost of the order minus the original shipping cost. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the delivery address and we cannot be held accountable for any errors or inaccuracies in the address information provided. In the event that a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address due to a mistake made by the customer, we cannot send a replacement parcel. However, if the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to the customer if they agree to cover the cost of redelivery.
