This mascara cake is designed for sensitive eyes, handmade in the UK using only natural and vegan ingredients. Bain & Savon also use a broad spectrum 100% organic preservative to avoid long term microbial growth.
Natural, vegan and cruelty free! This mascara cake goes on smoothly and doesn't flake, giving a beautiful natural looking finish.
Apply as many coats as you want to achieve your look, this mascara doesn't leave your eyelashes feeling dry!
It is important to note that this mascara is 100% natural and handmade, it does not contain polymers or plastic in any form that your typical synthetic mascaras do, so it is important to remember it will not perform like a synthetic liquid mascara.
As with most natural and zero waste makeup options they require a little more time and skill to apply. But if you give it the time with an open mind then you will love using this mascara.
Note: Like all mascaras, it is important that you use this homemade mascara wisely. Ensure to clean your mascara wand before each use. Homemade mascara should also be disposed of if found to smell different, strange, or especially pungent. It is unlikely and unusual, but all mascara does have the capability to grow bacteria.

The label on the tin is plastic due to legal requirements regarding the ingredients list, it needs to be indelible.
How To Use
First, make sure you use a clean mascara wand.
Moisten your mascara brush, roll it back and forth on the mascara cake really well.
It is finding the balance of using the right amount of water, too little water and you will struggle to mix the mascara, use too much water and it will be too watery and won’t stick to your eyelashes.
Once you have loaded the wand with the mascara working into your lashes to smooth out.
You can apply as many coats as you would like to build volume and length.
Use within 6 months of opening.
